Significance of keeping Idols of Indian God at home
I consider GOD to be one. But there are forms of God, which inspires or appeals or encourages us more than other forms. There is no reason for it. In India, we worship many different forms of God depending to our faith. Out of all Gods, below is the brief description of four of my favourite Indian Gods.

1. Lord Ganpati: - Also known as Elephant God, Lord Ganesha is first worshipped God in India. Be it any festival or any occasion in India, we always worship Lord Ganesha first. He is believed to remove obstacles, and bring good luck as well as success in life.

2. Goddess Lakshmi: - Also known as God of Wealth. It is believed that Goddess Lakshmi brings wealth and prosperity in life. She brings good luck and protects her devotees from money related miseries.

3. Lord Krishna: - Lord Krishna is most popular Indian God. Famous as Makkan Chor and Bal Krishna, every expecting mother in India, wants her new born to look like Lord Krishna. Even the affair of Lord Krishna with Radha is world famous. Radha and Krishna were soul mates. While in love, every couple in India consider themselves to be shadow of Krishna and Radha. Lord Krishna was eight incarnation of Lord Vishnu. The world famous epic “ Bhagvad Gita” was inspired from the teachings which Lord Krishna gave to Arjun before the battle of Mahabharata commenced.

4. Lord Shiva: - Always seen in meditation pose, Lord Shiva is called “Lord of Transformation” or “The Destroyer”. He is often depicted omniscient or as householder with his wife Parvati, and two sons. He also has third eye over his forehead. He is also seen as comic dancer and slaying demons.
Keep these Indian idols in home to bring peace, love, respect, harmony, health, wealth, success, good luck and happiness in life. If you are looking for hand-made Idols of great Indian God, log on to www.indianity.com
