Top 11 steps to get sound night sleep

Though I just sleep for 6-7 hours in a day but I still need a proper sleep in night. If I get disturbed sleep during night, my next day spoils up. A good sleep keeps me energetic and fresh. Here are top 11 ways to get the best sleep ever.  

1) Wash your feet and face with cold water before sleeping: If you don’t get time to take a hot shower bath, you can just wash your face and feet properly before sleeping. It will make you feel fresh.

2) Soft and comfortable Bed Linens: I prefer Egyptian cotton bed linens for my room. We usually get a better sleep in white bedding set or any other light color bed linen set

3) Take deep breath and keep a smiling face: To avoid wrinkles and to get good dreams in night, keep smiling face while sleeping. When you smile during sleep, you look like an angel. Deep breathe gives you a sound sleep.

4) Wear loose and comforter clothing: Tight clothing can clog your blood vessels; therefore, it is advisable to wear loose and comfortable clothing.

5) Soft Pillow and comforter set: Make sure your pillow and comforter is soft and cozy so that you can easily cuddle inside it.

6) Maintain right room temperature: Temperature should be just apt for your sleep otherwise you might have to wake up in middle of night to moderate it.

7) Drink a glass of water before sleeping: Water is essential to moderate the temperature inside your body, balance the hormones, muscles and joints.

8) Hear soft music to stimulate your mood in right spirit: Positive and light music can bring a smile in your face and can change your mood.

9) Massage your head and feet with warm coconut oil: Try doing it and see wonders on your own.

10) Right bedding set: Most important is your bedding set should not be too hard or too soft. It should be just apt for your body. The wrong bedding set can cause many health problems and diseases.
